You can picture the scene…a sea of graduates in their seats at commencement with their matching smocks and square topped hats as the “pomp & circumstance” begins to play echoing off the hallowed ivy covered halls and they proceed to the stage, their names are read, and they are handed the diploma they have focused on getting for the last four years.  Their parents sit in rows behind them beaming with pride and grateful that their child will now be able to get a good job and happy that the expense of college is over.
